Welcome to Klick Events! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and the provision of our photobooth services. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Booking and Payment
Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once payment is received. Full payment must be made prior to the event date.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 5 days before the event will receive a full or partial refund. Cancellations made after this period will not be refunded.
Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers and all major credit cards. If paying with cash, the transaction will still need to be made early to secure your booking. We will not accept payment at the time of our service or after our service.
2. Services
Photo booth Rental: We provide photo booth rental services for events, which include delivery and pickup of equipment, full setup, and photo booth use.
Event Duration: Our services will be provided for the duration agreed upon at the time of booking. Any extension of time will be subject to additional fees of $100 per hour.
Equipment: We use high-quality equipment, and while we make every effort to ensure it functions properly, we are not liable for any malfunctions that may occur during the event, except in cases of negligence on our part.
3. Client Responsibilities
Event Space: The client is responsible for ensuring there is adequate space, power supply, and safe conditions for the setup and operation of the photobooth.
Venue Permissions: It is the client’s responsibility to obtain any necessary permissions from the venue for the setup and use of the photobooth.
Safety: The client agrees to ensure that the event environment is safe for all participants. Klick Events will not be held liable for injuries or damages caused by unsafe conditions.
4. Use of Photos and Videos
Client Rights: The client will receive digital copies of the photos and videos taken during the event for personal use.
Klick Events Rights: Klick Events reserves the right to use photos and videos taken during events for promotional purposes, unless the client specifically requests otherwise in writing prior to the event.
Privacy: We respect the privacy of all participants and will not share or sell photos to third parties without consent.
5. Liability
Damage to Equipment: The client agrees to be responsible for any damages caused to our equipment by guests or event attendees during the event. Any repair or replacement costs will be billed to the client.
Limitation of Liability: Klick Events will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
6. Force Majeure
Klick Events will not be liable for failure to perform its obligations due to unforeseen events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of God, or government restrictions.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
8. Amendments
Klick Events reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
